Insurance
Following the completion of the evaluation, we will coordinate directly with the referring physician to obtain the necessary documentation. This process is very important and does take some time to ensure all documents are correct and appropriate for your specific insurance plan. Please note that insurance providers do require a face-to-face appointment between the patient and their physician. To support this process, we are happy to accompany the patient to their physician appointment and provide a comprehensive documentation packet to simplify and facilitate compliance with insurance requirements.
Accreditation
At this time Mosaic Prosthetic Solutions is in the process of seeking accreditation with its professional Board of Certification. This is a necessary process for all newly established clinics. Once fully accredited, we can then submit for Medicare credentialing and begin the process of becoming in-network with your insurance provider. We appreciate your patients with this process, and you will be able to find the list of accepted insurances below. If your insurance provider is not currently listed, please call and let us know so we can make sure it’s on our list.
